As part of its activity, the CBA also conducts preventive and educational activities. In this regard, it cooperates with other institutions and NGOs dealing with issues of corruption.
The CBA conducts informative activities through, among others, regular updating of the official website www.cba.gov.pl along with the Bureau’s sites on Facebook, Twitter and Google+. The sites inform about legal grounds of the Bureau’s activities, its structure and tasks, undertaken activities as well as provide information for candidates for service in the CBA.
The CBA also administers informative and educational website http://www.antykorupcja.gov.pl.
The website includes information of educational nature:
- current media reports on corruption and its prevention
- analyses and reports
- results of social polls
- information on current social initiatives
- relevant legal information
- information on the activities of Polish and foreign government institutions and NGOs, engaged in fight against corruption
In the years 2010–2014, the CBA issued 35 publications, out of which 24 are in the Polish language, 8 have been translated to the English language and 3 are in Polish-English version.

Anti-corruption training courses
An educational programme, commenced in October 2010, dedicated to employees of public administration, contributed to educational activities arising from the issuance of the Anti-Corruption Manual for Civil Servants. The training courses are conducted by the officers of the CBA, who illustrate the theory with examples derived from their professional experience.
More than 30 thousand employees have been trained so far
In May 2014, the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the Warsaw Stock Exchange signed a joint declaration on taking a substantive patronage over training courses and workshops aimed to improve the compliance culture among economic entities.
The CBA officers support the initiative by conducting courses on the identification of risks and corruption prevention.
Under a bilateral agreement, the CBA and the Centre for Education Development are preparing pilot educational project Ethics not only for Kids, addressed to teachers and pupils from I-III grades of primary schools, to their parents and local communities. The project, which aims to develop ethical attitudes and awareness of anti-corruption education, involves, among other things, conducting training courses and developing a handbook for teachers.
At the turn of 2012 and 2013, the CBA carried out, a media campaign Corruption, how much will YOU pay for it, transmitted by the Polish Public Television. In the project there were also involved: Anti-Corruption Coalition of NGOs, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Sport and Tourism and the Customs Service.
Conferences and trade fairs
The Bureau organises and participates in conferences, symposiums and trade fairs. Due to the International Anti-Corruption Day on 9 December, the CBA organizes conferences with the participation of the representatives of government agencies, NGOs, the science world and peer services as well as liaison officers accredited in Poland.
