Inspection of the contract for the supply of electric multiple units
The Control Proceedings Department of the CBA Regional Office in Szczecin has started an audit at the Marshal's Office of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
Officers of the Control Proceedings Department of the CBA Regional Office in Szczecin since March 26, 2024 conduct control activities, of the correctness of implementation of contract no. WIiT.II-92/2016 dated 12.09.2016 for the supply of 17 pieces of electric multiple units, concluded between the West Pomeranian Voivodeship and NEWAG S.A., in terms of possible technical solutions applied by NEWAG S.A. aimed at limiting competition in the market for servicing electric multiple units to the detriment of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
The inspection will be carried out within the time limits specified in Article 33 paragraphs 3-4 of the Act of June 9, 2006 on the Central Anticorruption Bureau.
