A clerk from Krzeszowice detained by the CBA from Kraków

Three people in the hands of officers from the Regional Office of the CBA in Kraków. Among those detained is the former deputy head of the Municipality of Krzeszowice. Investigation is conducted under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office in Krakow. The corruption case is involved five people who will hear, among others, charges of accepting bribes.

The officers of the Regional Office of the CBA in Kraków tracked corruption in Krzeszowice. Three people were detained for corrupt dealings, two more will hear charges. Former deputy head of the Department of Property Management and Spatial Planning of the Municipality in connection with the performed function - she accepted bribes, of which depended the performance of her duty obligations. The charges concern also the abuse of powers and giving false statement in documents. In the illegal activity was also involved an architect and a person who helped in receipt of the bribes.

The former head, who was authorized to issue administrative decisions in procedures for the determination of conditions of building and land development, exceeded her powers. As determined by the CBA officers, the clerk - at the requests of investors - falsified documents certifying untruth, or antedated the documents. It turned out that the speeding up of the process of issuing relevant documents, or changes in zoning decisions were issued to investors, who had collaborated with the architect indicated by the clerk. The man in order to achieve financial benefits in the form of remuneration for work commissioned by investors, closely cooperated with the former head.

In the case is also involved another person who had a fictitious contracts for execution of works commissioned by the head of the municipal office. In addition, through her bank account were passed bribes, which consequently ended up in the hands of the detained clerk.
