About the CBA

The Central Anti-Corruption Bureau is a special service, created to combat corruption in public and economic life, particularly in public and local government institutions as well as to fight against activities detrimental to the State’s economic interest.

A survey conducted in March 2019 by Public Opinion Research Center (CBOS) shows, that 47% of respondents positively evaluate the activities of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, what is the best result in history of the Bureau.

The Bureau conducts its activities under the Act of 9 June 2006  on the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau.
