Inspection in the Commune of Kondratowice
Since 15 December 2022, officers of the Control Proceedings Department of the CBA Regional Office in Wrocław have been conducting an audit of the Commune of Kondratowice's compliance with the legally prescribed procedures for taking and implementing decisions on the preparation, award and execution of public contracts for the provision of municipal waste collection services in the area of the Commune of Kondratowice. The proceedings cover the years 2019 – 2022. The scheduled date for the inspection completion is 15 March 2023.
Under the Act on the CBA, this period may be extended for another six months.
