Mr. Dariusz Drozdowski appointed as the new Deputy Head of the CBA

On February 15, 2024, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Dariusz Drozdowski as the Deputy Head of the Central Anticorruption Bureau.

The former Deputy Head of the CBA, Mr. Marcin Stec, received words of appreciation for his long service.

Mr. Dariusz Drozdowski served for many years in the Central Anticorruption Bureau in Regional Offices in Gdańsk, Bydgoszcz and Łódź, including: position of the Head Officer.

In 2001, he graduated in law from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. In 2007, he passed the prosecutor's exam, and in 2015 he officially listed as a legal advisor. After leaving the CBA, he ran his own legal office.

The newly appointed Deputy Head of the CBA has extensive professional experience, especially in conducting investigations in the field of crimes involving, among others, acting to the detriment of commercial entities, extorting loans or subsidies, tax crimes and VAT carousels.
