CBA's operation in the car park in front of the shopping center in Silesia. Vice President of the Mine Restructuring Company took 30 thousand bribe from the company's president responsible for executing orders worth millions for SRK (Mine Restructuring Company).
The officers of the Regional Office of the CBA in Katowice caught red-handed in the act of bribery the vice-president of the Mine Restructuring Company Mirosław S. and the president of the mine-related company.
The detention took place in the parking lot in front of one of the shopping centers in Jaworzno, moments after Mirosław S. took 30 thousand PLN bribe from the company’s president responsible for executing orders worth millions for the Company Restructuring of Mines. In the safe at the company headquarters, which was managed by the detained president, more than 110 thousand in cash was secured. Both detained businessmen will be transferred to the prosecutor's office where they will face charges.
