The official of the ZDM (Municipal Roads Administration) and the manager of a health clinic detained by the CBA
The agents from the CBA Regional Office in Warsaw detained five persons, among them is a clerk of the Municipal Roads Administration and the manager of the city health clinic in Ząbki. The case is related to the investigation of, inter alia, tender rigging worth almost 2 million zł.
The CBA agents searched the detainees' residences and the headquarters of two companies. Documents are being secured in the health clinic in Ząbki and in one of the departments of the Municipal Roads Administration in Warsaw.
The Regional Office of the Central Anticorruption Bureau in Warsaw, under the supervision of the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, is investigating this case of, among others, overrunning powers in order to obtain financial benefits by a private company and providing relevant information on public procurement.
At this stage of the investigation, it is about the order of building on to the health clinic in Ząbki an elevator for disabled people for the value of nearly 300,000 zł and three tenders organized by the Warsaw-based ZDM regarding, among others, physical protection, cleaning and a service of administering elevators in the pedestrian tunnel on the W-Z Route - a total of over 1.6 million zł.
Persons detained by officers of the Warsaw CBA, they will be transferred to the Warsaw District Prosecutor's Office, where they will be charged.
