The former president of GetBack SA detained by the CBA

The agents of the CBA Regional Office in Warsaw detained today afternoon at the Chopin airport in Warsaw, the former president of GetBack SA company - Konrad K. The investigation concerns, among others, causing damage to property in large sizes in the course of trade to the detriment of GetBack SA company and transferring money from the company in order to achieve financial benefits. The case also concerns offenses concerning the manipulation of financial instruments and providing untrue information to the public about the company's activities.

The CBA agents searched his Warsaw apartment and companies' headquarters. Already earlier the CBA officers have worked intensively on this investigation - they interviewed several dozen people - including the officials of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and GetBack SA company, they secured volumes of documentation and electronic data.

The investigation is conducted by the CBA Regional Office in Warsaw under the supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw and concerns many threads - broadly understood irregularities in the operation of the GetBack SA capital group.
