Corruption and invoking influences
The officers of the Wrocław Regional Office of the Central Anticorruption Bureau detained another person in connection with the investigation into invoking influences in state institutions in exchange for obtained financial benefits.
The woman detained today, after the end of all legal actions, will be brought to the prosecutor's office, where she will be charged with corruption.
Today's activities are a result of proceedings conducted since 2015 by the Central Anticorruption Bureau at the request of the Terrain Division of the Department of Organized Crime and Corruption of the National Prosecutor's Office in Poznań. This is another part of the investigation against former Senator Józef P., his assistant Jarosław W. and other suspects, who were previously prosecuted before the courts.
