Information in return for bribes. Four individuals detained by the CBA
The officers of the CBA Regional Office in Gdańsk, jointly with the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Białystok, have detained four individuals suspected of giving and accepting financial advantages.
The case involves the acceptance and giving of financial advantages in exchange for disclosure of information relevant to tendering procedures conducted by PGE Dystrybucja S.A. (Polish Power Group).
Simultaneously, in dozens of locations throughout the country, searches are being carried out, including the offices of the PGE corporate group.
The suspects will be taken to the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Białystok which supervises the proceedings. The detainees will hear charges there.
