Investigation against Sławomir N. New findings
The Central Anti-Corruption Bureau continues its investigation against Sławomirowi N. and other individuals suspected of corruption offences. In the course of the activities, the officers have found and secured the assets belonging to Sławomir N.
The CBA secured cash from corruption offences committed by Sławomir N. The money was hidden in two specially prepared lockers. The officers have secured cash in the amount exceeding PLN 4 million (4,163 million) including € 536,400, $470,000, and PLN 30,000. Other proceeds of crime have also been secured, including two apartments with an estimated value of around PLN 2 million, and a land rover luxury car.
Other items that may constitute evidence in the case have also been secured in the course of the proceedings.
According to the investigators’ opinion, the case is still under development. The CBA is continuing its activities to find further lines of the investigation and the assets belonging to individuals involved in the proceedings.
