Privatisation of Fabryka Łączników (Fittings Plant) in Radom - indictment

The Podlasie Field Division of the Department for Organized Crime and Corruption of the National Prosecutor's Office in Białystok filed an indictment to the court in a case concerning acting to the detriment of Fabryka Łączników Radom S.A. The investigation was conducted by the officers of the CBA Regional Office in Warsaw.

The CBA Regional Office in Warsaw, under the supervision of the Podlasie Field Division of the Department for Organized Crime and Corruption of the National Prosecutor's Office in Białystok, has been investigating a case concerning acting to the detriment of Fabryka Łączników Radom S.A. by entering into transactions detrimental to the company, issuing and using unreliable VAT invoices, leading to the company's bankruptcy and frustrating the satisfaction of the company's creditors by selling and ostensibly encumbering its assets.                                 

As a result of the proceedings, a bill of indictment was filed against Stanisław J. for appropriating the amount of PLN 185,000 to the detriment of Fabryka Łączników in Radom, issuing VAT invoices which certified the untruth and causing considerable damage to the company's property in the total amount of PLN 626,249 by concluding unfavourable contracts with entities affiliated with one another.
