 Yesterday, the officers of the Control Proceedings Division of the CBA Regional Office in Wrocław commenced two inspections in the Nysa Municipality and the Nysa Development Agency Sp. z o.o.

Both proceedings concern the disposal of selected properties in the years 2018 – 2021. The controllers will examine the procedures for the sale of properties and compliance with tendering procedures in this regard. The planned date for the inspection completion is the end of October of this year.
