The CBA has notified a public prosecutor's office after controlling asset declarations of the Director of one of the Municipal Utilities in Małopolskie Voivodeship
Ambiguities in asset declarations submitted by the Director of one of the Municipal Utilities in Małopolskie Voivodeship will be examined by a public prosecutor.
The officers of the Control Proceedings Division of the CBA Regional Office in Kraków controlled the accuracy and truthfulness of asset declarations submitted by the Director of one of Municipal Utilities in Małopolskie Voivodeship. The activities were carried out from 30 July 2020 to 29 April 2021.
As a result of the control, the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau notified the District Prosecutor's Office in Kraków on reasonable suspicion of having committed a criminal offence under art. 233 § 1 and 6 of the Penal Code, consisting in untruthfulness in the submitted asset declarations.
