Control of conclusion and implementation of selected contracts with air carriers by the Masovian Airport (Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy) Warszawa-Modlin completed
The officers of the Control Proceedings Division of the CBA Regional Office in Lublin have inspected selected contracts between air carriers and the Masovian Airport (Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy) Warszawa-Modlin concluded and executed in the years 2012 - 2020. The activities were conducted from 20 January 2021 to 18 October 2021.
The inspection revealed that the authorities of the Modlin airport may have committed numerous irregularities, bringing an immediate threat of inflicting damage to the company's assets of up to PLN 9,650,000.00.
Due to the irregularities, the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau submitted a post-audit statement, containing a number of post-audit conclusions, to the Supervisory Board and the Management Board of the Company.
