The CBA officers commenced inspection of the Industrial Development Agency JSC (ARP)
On 1 March 2022, the officers of the CBA Regional Office in Lublin commenced control of the Industrial Development Agency JSC. The inspection will cover the process of acquisition by the Industrial Development Agency JSC of an organised part of Rafako JSC's enterprise, i.e. the branch in Solec Kujawski, and of 100% of shares in Rafako E-Bus. The completion of the proceedings is planned for 31 May 2022.
Under the provisions of the Act on the CBA, this period may be extended by further 6 months.
