CBA officers entered 12 Special Economic Zones
The CBA officers entered 12 Special Economic Zones (SEZs) across Poland - as part of an investigation, we secure documents related to the examination of the accuracy of financing of and payment for training courses and advertising undertakings by SEZ managing entities.
The investigation into this cause is being carried out by: Wałbrzyska SEZ „Invest Park” Sp. z o.o., Kostrzyńsko-Słubicka SEZ S.A., Legnicka SEZ S.A., Małej Przedsiębiorczości SEZ S.A. in Kamienna Góra, Krakowski Park Technologiczny sp. z o.o., SEZ „Starachowice” S.A., Suwalska SEZ S.A., Warmińsko-Mazurska SEZ in Olsztyn, Łódzka SEZ S.A., Katowicka SEZ S.A., Pomorska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. in Słupsk; Pomorska SEZ sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk.
The investigation is conducted by the Regional Office of the CBA in Gdańsk, under supervision of the Łódź Field Division of the Organised Crime and Corruption Department in Łódź.
