Detentions on administrative decisions for the construction of an apartment building in Duszniki Zdrój
Officers of the CBA Regional Office in Wrocław detained four persons in Lower Silesia in connection with an investigation conducted under the supervision of the District Prosecutor's Office in Świdnica. The case concerns administrative decisions for the construction of an apartment building in Duszniki Zdrój.
Officers of the CBA Regional Office in Wrocław have detained 4 persons and conducted searches in 10 locations in the Lower Silesian Voivodship, including the District Governor's Office in Kłodzko and the Municipal Office in Duszniki Zdrój. The detainees include a high-ranking local government official and a well-known entrepreneur from Lower Silesia who has been involved in the tourist and hotel industry in the Karkonosze Mountains for years.
According to the findings of the CBA investigation, serious irregularities were alleged to have occurred between 2014 and 2022 regarding the issuing of administrative decisions as part of the implementation of one of the construction investments in Duszniki Zdrój.
The detainees will be taken to the District Prosecutor's Office in Świdnica, where they will be charged.
