3 months of arrest for trustee
The man had not expected that officers from the Regional Office of the CBA in Wrocław are on his trail. Dynamically taken actions led to his detention and disclosure of 100 000 PLN of bribe given to him.
Waldemar B. was appointed by the court from a list of persons being in the posession of trustee's license in bankruptcy proceeding for provisional court supervisor of one of the companies of Wielkopolska Region. He was supposed to take care of securing the debtor's assets so that they would not be sold out. In the conducted investigation the CBA agents from Wrocław found that the man also took care of the illegal action to "to fill his own pockets."
Appeliate Prosecutor's Office in Poznań charged the detained 55-year-old with venality of officials - dependency of performing business operations on receiving material benefits. Such an act is threatened with imprisonment from 1 year to 10 years. By the decision of the court the man was put in jail for the next three months.
