Anti-corruption shield – training for ministries
Representatives of ministries implementing and coordinating tasks related to processing applications for protective measures were invited to participate in the project. Officers of the Department of Analysis of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau presented the procedure for submitting applications for the protection of government projects implemented by state institutions, the principles of assessing these applications and their most common errors, and discussed the principles of cooperation with the Bureau in the implementation of protective measures. In addition, a team of instructors conducted workshops in small groups, during which all the guests could use the acquired knowledge, and at the same time exchange observations and experiences. The CBA initiative was met with great interest by representatives of ministries and it definitely strengthened the cooperation between the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau and ministries. The protective activities entrusted to the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau have been carried out by officers of the Department of Analysis almost since the beginning of the service. They are currently regulated by the Guidelines of the Prime Minister of 20th March 2024 on the functioning of the anti-corruption shield.
