Three soldiers detained. Corruption accusations
CBA officers from Poznań detained a colonel, lieutenant colonel and senior lieutenant. Detainees will hear allegations in Poznan military prosecution connected with paid protection.
The Regional Office of the Central Anticorruption Bureau in Poznań is conducting a investigations under the supervision of the District Prosecutor's Office in Poznań on the acceptance of financial or personal benefits in the period 2015 - January 2016 in Powidz and in Warsaw related to calling to the National Reserve Forces, professional military service or for transfer to the higher position.
The CBA agents from the Regional Office in Poznań, together with the soldiers of the Military Gendarmerie and the Military Counterintelligence Service, detained three officers: the colonel serving at the Warsaw General Command of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant Colonel - Commander of the Military Command of Replenish in Konin and the senior commander of the 33rd Air Transport Base in Powidz.
CBA officers are searching the places of residence and stay, as well as the work premises. Detainees will hear allegations of paid protection in the Poznań prosecution office for military affairs.
