The CBA has started a special operation. As a result, the CBA agents detained in Warsaw two employees from the armaments company, shortly after accepting the cash, constituting an illegal commission for part purchases.

The CBA findings indicate, that the detainees were also in the middle of negotiations for the purchase of the machine for about 380 thousand EUR and demanded for themselves another bribe, which was to amount no less than 5% of the purchase value, i.e. about 19 thousand EUR.

Detainees will be transferred to the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Gdansk, where they will be charged with economic corruption.
