She got caught for corruption
The agents of the Cracow CBA Regional Office detained another person implicated in corrupt dealing related to tenders for renting and selling real estate in Krakow.
The agents of the Central Anticorruption Bureau of the Regional Office in Krakow during the investigation determined that the detained person, in exchange for mediation in facilitating the winning of two tenders, handed in a 100,000 zł bribe. In addition, the detained entrepreneur, promised informal intermediaries, arrangers, corrupting high-ranking officials, 1/3 of the amount of the future sale price won in the real estate tender.
Up to now, eight people have been detained, including three high-ranking officials. Three people are still in custody. The investigation is developmental. Tenders for the purchase of real estate, in particular housing premises and commercial premises from the resources of the Municipality of Krakow, are being examined.
The CBA appeals: "A person who handed financial or personal benefits to UM officials in Krakow (Municipality) or other persons in exchange for the granting of residential or utilitarian premises from resources of the Municipality of Krakow based on a unpunishability clause are not to be punished if the financial or personal benefit was accepted by a person performing a public function, and the perpetrator notified the authority established to investigate the offenses and disclosed all the relevant circumstances of the crime before this authority found out about it "art. 229 para. 6 Penal Code.
