OECD Global Anti-corruption & Integrity Forum 2019
Deputy Head of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau dr Grzegorz Ocieczek took part in the annual OECD Global Anti-corruption & Integrity Forum 2019.
The OECD Global Anti-corruption & Integrity Forum 2019 is a public, multilateral platform of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development which shapes the anti-corruption dialogue between governments, political circles, the private sector, civil society and the academic world.
The OECD Global Anti-corruption & Integrity Forum 2019 „Tech for Trust” has focused on the risks and opportunities of new technologies in the field of integrity and counteracting corruption.
The theme of this year's forum was blockchain technology, big data analytics, artificial intelligence and other new technologies changing the way of working for governments, enterprises and society.
During the Forum, new insights related to trade, foreign bribery, cooperation in the field of competition and development, and other issues have been also discussed.
The OECD Global Anti-corruption & Integrity Forum 2019 took place in Paris from March 20 to 21 and gathered over 1,800 participants from 120 countries.
The meeting was attended by Grzegorz Ocieczek, the Deputy Head of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, assistant professor at the Cardinal Wyszyński University in Warsaw, as a representative of the leading institution in the field of prevention and anti-corruption activities in Poland.
