Re-privatization. Another operation of the CBA, three persons detained
Agents of the Regional Office of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau in Warsaw detained 3 persons having business links with a well-known buyer of claims (Mirosław B.). Among them is one of the former managers of the Warsaw City Hall. The case is related to the investigation connected with irregularities at the Warsaw re-privatization.
The detainees hindered preparatory proceedings. The men will be transferred to the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Wroclaw, where they will be charged.
The agents of the CBA have searched the apartments of the detainees.
