The CBA filed a notice after the control of the MP’s asset declarations
From 4 September 2018 to 3 June 2019, the officers of the Control Proceedings Department of the CBA carried out control proceedings regarding the veracity and correctness of asset declarations submitted by Sławomir Neumann in 2013-2018, in connection with the performance of the deputy's mandate to the Sejm of the Republic of Poland and function of the Secretary of State in the Ministry of Health.
On July 29 this year, the officers of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau filed a notice to the District Prosecutor's Office in Jelenia Góra about a possible crime, related to the completion of the control of asset declarations of Mr. Sławomir Neumann.
