Corruption in Kamień Pomorski – one person detained
Former employee of the Starost’s Office of Kamień Pomorski has been detained by the CBA.
The officers of the Regional Office of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau in Szczecin conduct an investigation regarding committing corruption crimes in Kamień Pomorski Municipality. The investigation is conducted under the supervision of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Szczecin.
The agents of the CBA have detained into this case a former employee of the Starost’s Office in Kamień Pomorski. His immovable properties were also searched. The man is suspected of participating in corruption practice and exceeding official duties.
The detainee was transferred to the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Szczecin, where he was charged with corruption, abuse of powers on management position, as well as obstruction of public tenders.
The investigation is still developmental.
