Corruption at the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA). Two persons detained

Information on tenders at the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency in exchange for bribes. Two persons detained by the CBA.

Former deputy director of the Bureau of Technical Communications Services of the Polish Air Navigation Services (currently regular employee of this institution) and an entrepreneur from Warsaw have detained by the Regional Office of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau in Warsaw. The men are suspected of participating in a corruption practice. Everything seems to indicate that the former director, in exchange for material benefits, passed in 2018 information on tenders to a company, which later took part in conducted procurements.

The men will be transferred to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw, where they will be charged.

These are the first detentions in connection with this case. The investigators do not rule out further activities.
