CBA’s statement
The CBA has completed a control of the asset declarations of Mr. Marian Banaś, which lasted since 16 April. The proceedings included asset declarations submitted in the years 2015-2019. Currently, post-control activities are being carried out as defined in art. 45 of the Act on the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, under which, among others, the controlled entity may submit reservations to the control protocol. Mr. Marian Banaś currently has 7 days to submit comments to the CBA's objections, which were not clarified during the course of the control of asset declarations. Until the activities are completed, the CBA does not inform about the results of the proceedings.
