Searching and securing of a collected material

In dozen of places throughout Poland the officers of the CBA secure documents and electronic equipment in connection with an investigation regarding causing significant damage to the property of Przewozy Regionalne (Regional Transport Ltd.) with its registered office in Warsaw.

Today, in several voivodships, the officers of the Regional Office of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau in Bydgoszcz, in cooperation with agents from other Regional Offices of the Bureau, are searching and seizing items in companies dealing with service and repair of locomotives, wagons and their components, including, among others, engines and gearboxes. These companies provide services for railway carriers from almost all of Poland.

Moreover, the documents are being secured in Przewozy Regionalne, Szybka Kolej Miejska (Rapid Urban Rail) and Urząd Transportu Kolejowego (Railway Transport Office). The activites are being carried out in 11 places, including Warsaw, Poznań, Szczecin, Olsztyn, Gdynia and Zielona Góra.

The activities are being carried out based on the decision issued by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bydgoszcz. The agents are securing documentation and electronic equipment in connection with an investigation regarding causing damage to the property Przewozy Regionalne (Regional Transport Ltd.) with its registered office in Warsaw.
