New investigation regarding SKOK Wołomin. 3 persons detained by the CBA
The cooperation of two CBA Regional Offices has led to the detention of three people in connection with the investigation regarding the supervision of SKOK Wołomin.
The CBA officers from Szczecin and Krakow have detained 3 people. Among them are: a well-known lawyer from both Warsaw and Trójmieście City, a manager and high-ranking civil servant - in 2004-2005 undersecretary of state in the Ministry of the Treasury and a representative of one of Warsaw's companies. The proceedings conducted jointly with the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Szczecin concern supervision over SKOK Wołomin in the years 2012-2014, including invoking influences in a state institution. The activities took place in Gdynia, Szczecin and near Warsaw. Searches are currently underway. Today, persons detained by the CBA will be taken to the prosecutor's office, where they will hear allegations.
This is a new developmental investigation conducted by the CBA.
