After the control at Rakon in Racibórz
On 28 October 2019 the officers of the Regional Office of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau in Katowice, completed a control at the State Clothing Enterprise RAKON based in Racibórz. The control covered "Correctness of awarding and obtaining orders by State Clothing Enterprise RAKON based in Racibórz and in the scope of correct implementation and execution of concluded contracts in the years 2015–2019". Detailed analysis has been carried out in relation to orders for construction works obtained by the controlled entity under the art. 4d para. 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law.
The control activities revealed violations of the Public Procurement Law.
The control has been completed with singing of a control report by the Controlled entity. Further post-control activities are planned within the case.
