A former official from Warsaw was detained
Another person detained by the CBA officers in connection with the investigation into irregularities in Warsaw re-privatization.
The officers of the Warsaw Regional Office of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau have detained a former official of the Warsaw City Hall in the investigation into irregularities in the reprivatization of real estates.
The activities are related to yesterday's detentions of other persons in this case and concern suspicion of committing an offense of accepting a financial benefit in connection with performing public function.
The detainee will be taken to the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Wrocław, where he will hear allegations.
