Statement
Referring to recent media reports, we inform you that the investigation into, among other things, the abuse of powers by the former Commander-in-Chief of the Police Zbigniew M. is still ongoing. The investigation has been conducted by the Podkarpacki Field Division of the Department for Organized Crime and Corruption of the National Prosecutor's Office in Rzeszów. As part of the investigation, on 18 May 2018, charges were presented against Zbigniew M. The activities ordered by the Public Prosecutor's Office are being carried out by the officers of the CBA Regional Office in Gdańsk.
