Inspection completion at Sosnowiec Waterworks - irregularities detected
On 3 August 2020, the officers of the Regional Office of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau in Katowice completed inspection procedures at Sosnowiec Waterworks Company JSC. The inspection was carried out from 4 February 2020 and covered selected public contracts, which were awarded in the years 2015 - 2019 for the preparation of project documentation on the sewerage network and for the implementation of investments based on that documentation.
The officers found that the project documentation prepared for the contracts in question aimed to restrict competition and affect the principles of equal treatment of economic operators in tendering procedures for the execution of the investments.
The inspected entity signed the inspection protocol without reservations to its content.
