CBA’s inspection at the National Institute of Telecommunications - the State Research Institute in Warsaw
On 18 August 2020, the officers of the CBA Regional Office in Katowice commenced an inspection at the National Institute of Telecommunications - the State Research Institute in Warsaw.
The inspection will examine the correctness of the contracts for the design and construction of the New National Toll Collection Service concluded between the Institute and the General Inspectorate of Road Transport.
The estimated duration of the inspection is 3 months. This period may be extended by 6 months pursuant to Article 33 of the Act on the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau.
