The Anti-Corruption Bulletin no. 12
We recommend the latest English language edition of The Anti-Corruption Bulletin. Integrity Testing, which is devoted to the topic of integrity testing.
The presented issue is an English-language version of the journal, which this time has been created thanks to the cooperation of the CBA and the representatives of services and specialised institutions of Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Moldova, Serbia, Romania, the USA, and Hungary. It covers the subject of integrity testing - a tool used to detect cases of unlawful conduct of officers in the course of performing their duties.
The articles published in The Anti-Corruption Bulletin describe, among other things, the conditions accompanying the introduction of integrity tests and the ways of conducting them. The subject is presented both from the perspective of solutions functioning within foreign legal systems and conclusions resulting from the concept of implementing integrity tests into national legislations.
