Indictments filed with the court
The Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw filed an indictment against, among others, a civil servant of the Ministry of Environment. The investigation in this case was conducted by the CBA officers.
The investigation conducted by the CBA Regional Office in Warsaw, under the supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, resulted in the submission of two indictments to the Warszawa-Mokotów Regional Court and the Legionowo Regional Court.
One of the indictments charged an employee of the Ministry of Environment with a number of criminal offences, including invoking influence, offences against documents and abuse of power while carrying out advisory activities concerning deforestation of land. In addition, the evidence gathered in the course of the investigation allowed the indictment of another person, who was accused of committing criminal offences against documents.
