The Head of the CBA has been appointed
As of 19 February 2016 the Prime Minister Beata Szydło has appointed Ernest Bejda for the position of Head of the Central Anticoorruption Bureau.
The Prime Minister Beata Szydło on the basis of art. 6 paragraph. 1 of the Act on the CBA as of 19 February 2016 has appointed Ernest Bejda to the post of Head of the Central Anticorruption Bureau. Even earlier, on 1 December 2015 the Prime Minister had entrusted the duties of Head of the CBA to E. Bejda.
