The findings of the officers of the CBA indicate that in the last year, IT manager leading the research project "exchanged" his contract of mandate with the head of another project, by what both of them assured each other the extra money. In other case the Director of WIML in exchange for granting the institute with order, within the framework of the research project, granted a financial benefit in the form of employment in managerial position to a person who had an impact on the granting of the order.
In carrying out of the case the CBA cooperated with the Military Gendarmerie. Both detainees stopped by the CBA were brought corruption charges in the Appellate Prosecutor's Office in Białystok. They were suspended from duty service.
