Inspection in Dąbrowa Tarnowska municipality
The CBA commenced an inspection in the Dąbrowa Tarnowska municipality. The proceedings are being conducted by the Inspection Division of the CBA Regional Office in Kraków.
On 31 March 2021, the CBA officers of the Regional Office in Kraków commenced an inspection in the Dąbrowa Tarnowska municipality.
The audit will examine the procedures for making and implementing decisions on the award of public procurement by the Municipality of Dąbrowa Tarnowska, as defined by the law. The proceedings cover the years 2017 – 2020.
The completion of the inspection is planned for 29 June 2021. Under the provisions of the Act on the CBA, this period may be extended by further 6 months.
