Inspection at the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development
The Inspection Division of the CBA Regional Office in Białystok commenced an inspection at the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
On 28 April 2021, the officers of the Inspection Division of the CBA Regional Office in Białystok commenced an inspection at the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. The completion of the proceedings is planned for the end of July. Under the provisions of the Act on the CBA, this period may be extended by further 6 months.
The proceedings concern the "Control of procedures, defined by legal regulations, of making and executing decisions in the subject of implementation of selected tasks by the Academy of Administration (Akademia Administracji Sp. z o.o.) within the framework of project no. POIG.01.04.00-14-284/11-00 titled: "International model of city management as an element of competitive advantage" and in connection with settling the project by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development".
The audit concerns the implementation of specific tasks by the Academy of Administration within project No. POIG.01.04.00-14-284/11-00 titled: "International model of city management as an element of competitive advantage" and in connection with settling the project by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development". The inspection activities will focus on the verification of the purchase of intangible and legal assets by the Academy of Administration under the above-mentioned project. The CBA activities will aim, in particular, at determining whether the cost of the purchased software was not significantly overestimated by the Beneficiary and whether there were any irregularities during the settlement of the above-mentioned project by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
