CBA at IT Department of State Forests
The Central Anti-Corruption Bureau’s officers entered the premises of the IT Department of State Forests in Sękocin
By order of the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, the CBA agents secured bid documents and electronic data pertaining to public procurement procedures. The case refers to suspicion of abuse of power and bid rigging. It is a preliminary stage of investigation. No one has been detained or presented with charges.
