Detentions for mismanagement of the ,,Bielmlek” Dairy Cooperative
Three persons, including the President of the Management Board of ,,Bielmlek” Dairy Cooperative, being under bankruptcy, and two former members of the company's Management Board have been detained by the officers of the CBA Regional Office in Warsaw.
The officers of the CBA Regional Office in Warsaw, jointly with the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, have been investigating the careless management of the ,,Bielmlek” Dairy Cooperative. The proceedings cover the years 2014 – 2016.
Due to this case, today in Podlasie, the CBA officers have detained three persons, including the President of the Management Board of ,,Bielmlek” Dairy Cooperative, being under bankruptcy, and two former members of the company's Management Board.
After the searches are completed, the detainees will be brought to the Prosecutor's Office, where they will be charged with acting to the detriment of the cooperative by making economically unfavourable decisions.
