CBA inspection at the Directorate for the Expansion of the City of Gdańsk
Since 30 September 2021, the officers of the Control Proceedings Division of the CBA Regional Office in Gdańsk have been inspecting the implementation of selected public procurements by the Directorate for the Expansion of the City of Gdańsk: Construction of a drawbridge in route of voivodeship road No. 501 over the Martwa Wisła river in Gdańsk Sobieszewo and construction of a tramway line with accompanying infrastructure in Nowa Bulońska Street North in Gdańsk within the framework of the Gdańsk Urban Transport Project - stage IV A.
In the course of the inspection, the stage of execution of the aforementioned investments will be verified, in particular concerning the amendments made to the agreements and the financial consequences thereof.
The completion of the inspection is planned for 30 December 2021. Under the provisions of the Act on the CBA, this period may be extended by further 6 months.
