CBA has commenced control in the District Court in Bydgoszcz
Since 23 June 2022, the Control Proceedings Division officers of the CBA Regional Office in Bydgoszcz have been inspecting the District Court in Bydgoszcz.
The proceedings examine the procedures stipulated by the law for making and implementing decisions on awarding contracts for selected services, supplies and construction works ordered by the District Court in Bydgoszcz for the benefit of prison workplaces, with the exclusion of the Public Procurement Law. The proceedings cover the years 2018-2021.
The scheduled date for the inspection completion is 23 September 2022.
Under the Act on the CBA, this period may be extended for a further six months.
