- Some files are not digitally accessible for reasons other than those mentioned above.
Content not covered by regulations
- Documents published before 23 September 2018, are not digitally accessible. If you need one of these in an accessible format, contact us and specify which document you need;
- Multimedia published before 23 September 2020;
- Maps are excluded from the accessibility requirements;
- Content from other entities that we are not authorized to modify;
- Content not used for performing current tasks.

Mobile Applications
The CBA does not provide mobile applications.
Architectural Accessibility
Al. Ujazdowskie 9, 00-583 Warsaw (Headquarters)
- The main building entrance is through the Pass Office building from Al. Szucha, with an entrance level with the surrounding terrain, free of architectural barriers.
- Support from an assistant is available at the Pass Office building upon prior notification.
- The property is protected, and the area is closed.
- Entry to the facility, other than the Pass Office, is possible upon prior notification.
- Customer service is provided in a designated room, upon prior notification.
- The internal and external parking is unavailable to third parties or non-accredited individuals. Public parking spaces in city areas are available.
- There is no elevator in the main, historic building.
- There are no toilets for disabled people in the main, historic building.
- No sign language interpreter is available. However, online sign language interpretation is available.
- There are no Braille signs or contrast markings, or large print for blind and visually impaired people.
- There are no speakers or audio guiding systems for visually impaired people at the entrance.
- The CBA building has stickers near the entrance doors indicating the availability of online sign language interpretation.
Communication and Information Accessibility
To effectively communicate with the CBA, deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals can:
- Use the online sign language interpreter service in Polish Sign Language. This service is available on weekdays during office hours 8:15 AM - 4:15 PM;
