Unlawfull orders for more than 1.4 million PLN
A control of public procurement in the Independent Public Clinical Hospital No. 4 in Lublin is finished. Irregularities were revealed.
Officers from the Regional Office of the CBA in Lublin found that orders for more than 1 413 000 PLN for security services at the hospital have been granted in a non-competitive and unreasonably applied request for quotation. Law on public procurement and public finance discipline was violated.
Agents of the CBA directed to the Commissioner for Public Finance Discipline placed by RIO (Regional Accounting Chamber) in Lublin a notice of violation of public finance discipline by the hospital management. The Rector of the Medical University in Lublin, as the supervisory authority over the activities of the hospital, has already received CBA's post-audit statement.
