Robert K. was detained yesterday by the CBA officers
In response to numerous inquiries from the media we inform:
Robert K. was detained yesterday by the CBA officers. In the Warsaw District Prosecutor's Office, he was charged for using incorrect invoices to settle VAT tax, exposing VAT to diminution in the sum of over 420 thousand zł. Movable property of suspect K. was seized - off-road vehicle with a value of approx. 250 thousand zł. The prosecutor's office applied to the detainee K. freedom-based preventive measures in the form of bail. The others detained yesterday by the CBA also heard charges. The investigation is being conducted against a multi-person group dealing with issuing incorrect VAT invoices and their sale, in order to lower tax liabilities. In investigation the CBA detained 27 people. Investigators do not rule out further detentions and enlargement of the list of charges.
